We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to amplify brand exposure and drive sales. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of our sales and marketing plan, including digital and social media, assisting the company to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities include:
Contributes, research and develop sales and marketing strategies
Write comprehensive sales and marketing plans with achievable KPI’s
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, include social media
Copywriting and content planning, graphic design, videos filming and editing
Social media account creation and management, include WeChat, XHS, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tiktok etc
Organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities with designer
Managing the sales and sales process through specific software programs.
Building and maintaining relationship with client and CRM database.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales and marketing sales, include digital marketing campaign
Experience in construction or building materials industrial is highly preferred
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with client
Strong written and verbal communication as well as a strong commercial acumen
Strong team player qualities, highly motivated and self-starter
Proficient in graphic design, email marketing, website edit and management
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan & supervise construction projects from start to finish and ensure all aspects of each project are delivered to the highest standard according to contract and without exceeding budget.
Responsibilities include:
Multiple projects full project life cycle managementManage design, specification, and consultants
Develop, manage & evaluate project programs and milestones
Outline a budget and track costs to deliver project on budget
Manage contracts, manpower, materials, and equipment
RFI and Risk Management from design, construction to handover
Prepare project report for project director including profitability, design issues, supplier/trade performance, OH&S and relationship management
Requirements
4 years of project management experience, preferably high-end house & townhouse
In-depth understanding of construction procedures, methodology, material, details, and project management principles
Extremely resourceful and creative with problem solving
Proven time management and attention to detail skills
A high degree of organisational skills with the ability to multitask and priorities.
Excellent with project management software and platforms.
Be able to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage
