Our history

2010

LUXECON began as a commercial structural steel company working with Tier 1 Builders such as Lend Lease and Multiplex on projects such as Barangaroo Tower and Randwick Racecourse.

2016

In 2016, we shifted to Sydney property development of residential projects such as houses, duplexes and townhomes.

2019

We established ourselves as high-end property developers focusing on the North Shore of Sydney, with luxury projects in areas such as Mosman, Northbridge, Rosefield and Pymble.
